MHC are contacting patients over 45 for BP readings
Posted on:
This coming week we will be contacting all of our patients over 45 years old, who haven’t had a BP reading recorded for 5 years, this is to ensure we can identify patients with any underlying conditions we might not yet be aware of. Up to date BP readings are an important part of over 40s general health care. All results will be reviewed by a clinician and if further action is required you will be contacted. You can get your BP readings taken at a local pharmacy or at home if you have a BP monitoring device.
