COVID-19 – Suspended all Pre-bookable Appointments

Please note that we have suspended all pre-bookable appointments for the time being. If you need to book an appointment, then you can call us as usual on 0117 942 6811, and a health navigator will answer your call. They will ask you some questions regarding your symptoms, and possible exposure to Coronavirus.

You will then be phoned back by a Clinician who will triage whether it is suitable for you to have a telephone consultation, or if you need to come into the surgery to see a Doctor or Nurse.

As per the current guidelines, if you have a new cough or a temperature, please self-isolate for 7 days and use the 111 online service.
